This Contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Raffles Contest”) is a one month promotion and is open to all Phyntex clients. This Contest is subject to the terms and conditions contained in the present document and subject to all existing Phyntex terms and conditions. 

Participants must:

- Be fully verified clients of Phyntex markets.

- Have a Standard Account.

- Make a new deposit of at least USD 100 during the promotion period.

- Trade a minimum of 1 lot during the promotion period.

- Phyntex Markets employees or their family members, or those associated with this Raffle, cannot participate.

Phyntex Markets reserves the right to reject or cancel any participant without giving reasons.

Reasons for disqualification may include opening large opposite positions in the same currency pair on different trading accounts at the same time, using quotation flow failures to obtain guaranteed profits, or any kind of fraud.

All trading techniques or EAs are allowed. We reserves the right to declare any prize awarded invalid and subject to cancellation upon direct or indirect evidence of attempted fraudulent operation of prize funds.
