1. This promo (hereinafter referred to as the “Phyntex’s Lucky Draw”) is conducted by Phyntex Markets Ltd ("Phyntex Markets") 

2. By participating in the Promotion, clients agree to comply with these Campaign Terms & Conditions and the Phyntex Markets Client Agreement, including any applicable addenda or 

amendments. 

3. Only Standard Accounts are eligible to participate in the " Lucky Draw " 

Note: Clients may use an existing Standard Account or open a new Standard Account. A new deposit must be made during the Promotion Period into an eligible Standard Account. 

3.1. Clients must make a new minimum deposit of USD 100 into an eligible Standard Account during the Promotion Period. A minimum trading volume of 1 lot is required to qualify. Every 1 lot traded earns 1 Lucky Draw ticket. 

3.2 A client may maintain more than one Standard Account, up to a maximum of 3 Standard Accounts. Each client may win only one prize (the highest-value prize, if drawn more than once). If the same client is drawn again, a new draw will be conducted. 

4. The total prize pool consists of items with an estimated combined value equivalent to USD 15,000.00. * 

4.1. Prizes ranked 1st to 5th are fixed and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or converted to cash. For prizes ranked 6th to 20th, a cash conversion may be considered if the winner does not wish to receive the specific gift, subject to Phyntex Markets’ approval and applicable terms. 

5. Lucky Draw tickets will be collected throughout the Promotion Period. Winners will be selected after 15 October 2026 during a livestream session. The more eligible tickets a client earns, the more chances they have to win. 

6. Winners will be announced through Phyntex Markets’ official social media platforms.

7. DISQUALIFICATION 

7.1. Arbitrage, news trading, trade balance, and high-frequency trading are prohibited. Any violation may result in disqualification, cancellation of Lucky Draw tickets, and potential account restrictions or suspension without prejudice to any other rights of Phyntex Markets. 

7.2. Registrations using the same IP address are not permitted and may be subject to review or disqualification. 

8. RISK WARNING 

8.1. Forex and CFD trading involve significant risk to invested capital. Clients should read and ensure they fully understand the Risk Disclosure available on the Company’s website. 

8.2. Phyntex Markets reserves the right to disqualify any user if there is a suspicion of misuse or abuse

of fair rules. 

8.3. Hedging trading positions internally (using other trading accounts held with Phyntex Markets) or externally (using accounts held with other brokers) for the purpose of avoiding market risk may be considered promotion abuse. 

8.4. Exploiting failures in quote flow, pricing errors, or any other system irregularity to obtain guaranteed profit, as well as any other fraudulent activity, may be considered abuse.
