Demo accounts will not be eligible for this promotion. Only standard bonus account is eligible in this promotion.

The offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made/continued for any reason whatsoever. In the event that you participate in this promotion, and by accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our promotions. Phyntex Markets will not be held responsible for any participant entering any of our promotions unlawfully. If in any doubt you should immediately leave the website and check with the relevant authorities in your country.

The bonus obtained through this promotion can be used to open a new position or add margin to an existing position, increasing an existing position or withdrawn. The Bonus will be credited to the Client's Account as Credit within forty-eight (48) working hours after the relevant deposit has been received and shall be available for trading purposes only.

Phyntex Markets reserves the right, as it in its sole discretion deems fit, to alter, amend, suspend, cancel or terminate this promotion, or any aspect of the promotion, at any time and without any prior notice. Under no circumstances shall Phyntex Markets be liable for any consequences of any alteration, amendment, suspension, cancellation, or termination of the promotion.

If any of term of the promotion is breached, or if there is evidence that a customer is using the promotion to guarantee profits regardless of the outcome (whether individually or as part of a group), we reserve the right to reclaim the bonus element, and close any trades using the bonus.

Participants must:

- Be fully verified clients of Phyntex markets.

- Have a Standard Bonus Account.

- Make a new deposit of at least USD 15 .

Phyntex Markets reserves the right to reject or cancel any participant without giving reasons.

Reasons for disqualification may include opening large opposite positions in the same currency pair on different trading accounts at the same time, using quotation flow failures to obtain guaranteed profits, or any kind of fraud.

All trading techniques or EAs are allowed. We reserves the right to declare any bonus awarded invalid and subject to cancellation upon direct or indirect evidence of attempted fraudulent.
